Customers
We believe our responsibility is to create value for our customers, including students and parents, partner companies, local government units, and education agencies, including CHED, DepEd, and TESDA.
Market, Products, and Services
We will produce world-class Filipino IT and business professionals, quality TVET graduates, and senior high school graduates within the areas of Olongapo, SBFZ, Bataan, and Zambales.
Technology
We will continually strive to utilize the latest technologies in enhancing our services, managing information, and delivering better and more modern education.
Philosophy
Our college is guided by the philosophy that education is a transformative process that empowers individuals to achieve their full potential and make positive contributions to their communities.

To contribute to the societal goals of a charitable nature by engaging in various activities such as protection of environment and community services.
